I lived out in Brighton near Boston College about five years ago and I'm remembering the green line trains being the slowest thing ever. I think it was probably due to the fact that the train had a stop pretty much every two seconds.  I remember you could basically yell to the people at the next platform.  The trip to the airport would sometimes be longer than than the flight. Two hours before game time (longer for more popular games), go to Gate C and wait. The ticket office makes a limited amount of single seat and SRO tickets available.
