by far Le Barricou has the best brunch in all of Willimasburg Brooklyn! Le Barricou is cash only but totally worth it. You'll feel like you've been transported to a bistro in France. The Duck Hash is amazing! 533 Grand St., bet. Union Avenue and Lorimer Street

There's a place simply called Egg that's open every day of the week. It's busy on the weekends but not too bad during the week and it does a great brunch. Egg focuses on simple, basic ingredients. The Country Ham Biscuit is way more than just pork on a bun. Vegetarians will love that mushroom gravy is an option for biscuits and gravy. Homemade pork gravy is the standard for meat eaters. 135 North 5th St. at Bedford Avenue

For a hearty southern style best brunch in Williamsburg go to the Brooklyn Star. Food items like fried chicken and waffles or biscuits and gravy, masa cakes with house made chorizo or the hot meatloaf sandwich topped with a fried egg. 593 Lorimer St. at Conselyea Street
