The 23,000 square foot mega-store expands across the entire east balcony at the top of the stairs. Customers will now be able to buy accessories without having to interact with any of the store's 315 employees by using the official Apple Store app, which let's users pay for it, all from his or her Idevice. Apple will pay 1.1 million in rent for the first year.
