restaurant called the Sunburnt Cow in the East Village on Manhattan does exactly that! All you drink brunch for 18 bucks. 137 Ave C. they're definitely generous with their refills too!

If you're into all-you-can-drink sangria at brunch (and most people are), check out Calle Ocho on the UWS. It's very reasonably priced, and as I said, there is all-you-can-drink sangria...for no extra charge...and it's pretty tasty... It's packed there on Saturdays and Sundays (when the brunch and sangria floweth) but make a reservation and have fun. The food is good, too!

i found a great all you can drink brunch spot the other day in manhattan; place called Meades right near the Brooklyn bridge at south street seaport.  Address is : 22 Peck Slip.  The brunch is every Saturday and Sunday from 12-4.  Very generous and a friendly atmosphere.  Highly recommend! "
