I don't know what "condo finishings" are. But I'd say that might be hard to find. I've been seeing flyers in the Broadway/University Place/Washington Square area the past few days--studios $2300-$2800/month. Best bet is probably to walk or bike around the area you are interested in, and look at the buildings for signs. Or try http://streeteasy.com/nyc/rentals. Good luck!
