The Passport program at the Cambridge Montessori is excellent if you like the child-centered approach that Montessori schools follow!

YMCA conducts a lot of summer camps for kids... Also MIT has an interesting video game design summer program for kids... Minimum age is 7 but i guess they would take 6 yr olds too...
