      Definitely depends on the building.  I'd say probably somewhere between $1700 for a smaller unit and up to $2700 for a larger one.  If you're looking in Coolidge Corner it will be more expensive than outside of a main part of  Brookline. 
      I lived in Pelham Hall for a while.  It was reasonable and a very nice building for the money.  It might be worth checking out..1284 Beacon...Right in CC.

      I would guess anywhere from 1500 to 3000 depending on the location, quality, and parking availablility.  "
