      The best area to go out in battery park is Stone Street. There a number of bars/restauraunts and its awesome in the summer time. The big place is Ulysses, which is always jammed for happy hour.

      Definitely BLT Bar and Grill (123 Washington)  Three meals a day and a great atmosphere with a huge wine list.  One of the best bar and restaurants option near battery park. "

      Battery Gardens Restaurant is, I think, the best in the area. It is inside Battery Park. There's also historic Fraunces Tavern on 54 Pearl Street. Inside the building is also a museum that features exhibits of how the Downtown area participated in our Revolutionary War. And, a little North is Robert DeNiro's Tribecca Grill on Greenwich and Franklyn. "

      Liberty View has good Chinese food. Order delivery or walk over to Adrienne's on Stone Street. Best to just walk over to Tribeca though... then you get everything. "
