Mixing high-end craft cocktails in this overhauled Foundation Lounge to look like the elegantly appointed sitting room with dual bars, plush couches, a bookshelf of spirits, and over 50 works of art, they have creations like the bourbon/ bitters/ lemon Paper Plane and an espresso number made with Galliano Ristretto & chocolate, plus small bites like deviled eggs w/ crispy prosciutto, pickled anchovy & chorizo toast, and a roasted pepper/arugula steak salad.
